Shipping Lead
Spend $150 or more and receive free shipping on vegan hair care products.
All orders have at least 5-7 business days lead time upon receipt order due to products being handmade. Shipping will be applied at check out.
Orders placed during holidays or promotions will have a lead time of at least 7-10 business days upon receipt order. Shipping will be applied at check out.

Returns, Exchanges, Refunds
Thank you for shopping with Eleven/22. Once an order has shipped there are NO returns or exchanges.
Canceling an Order
Although we do not accept any returns or exchanges, you may cancel an order before it ships from our facility if it has not been packed or staged for shipping.
Damages and Defective
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item(s) is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please submit photo images of damaged or defective goods to Annetta@eleven22veg.com without photos we will not be able to assist you.
